I am Chris Mazur, owner and operator of 72 Degrees in Mandeville, La. I live in Mandeville with my wife Rebecca (Dog Grommer at Happy Tails) and 4 awesome kids. I am the owner of a new founded residential company focusing on quality customer service and professionalism. I have 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. I have experience with mini-split systems (ductless, multi-head, cassette, VRV or VRF, and ductable), 25 seer variable speed split systems with multi-zone systems and almost everything in between.

From 1 1/2 ton to 20 ton, split systems, and package units. Also in water source heat pumps. I have lots of experience with troubleshooting moisture and humidity issues (especially foam houses). I have done years of commercial and residential HVAC services. I am choosing to stay strictly residential for my customers. I feel you lose quality customer service when you do commercial.
